裝機以及零件安裝 - 伺服泵浦以及洩壓閥排氣
警告：操作此流程前請確認馬達處於關閉狀態
- 確認油泵上是否具有排氣孔(圖1)
- 具有排氣孔的油泵，請用六角板手鬆開排氣孔(不必完全打開，鬆開至有空氣及油流出即可)並放出空氣，直到只有油流出即可，然後我們可以將排氣孔螺絲鎖緊並運行機台。注意：請先準備容器在油泵底部接油
- 假如油泵是不具備排氣孔的形式，請嘗試按照圖1(下)說明，直接旋轉聯軸器，直至油流出。
- 如果油泵排氣完之後,做動機台時油管或是機台有震動情形,可能是油管內空氣尚未排除,請至射出油路板找到圖2.之洩氣閥
(1)依照圖示鬆開洩氣閥後,請至操作螢幕前啟動馬達以及電熱後按下儲料鍵..
壓力:30..流量:30(因為已經鬆開洩壓閥所以即使按儲料鍵時,機台並不會作動)
(2)此時會聽到洩壓閥有空氣排出的聲音,大約五分鐘後即可以解除並鎖緊洩壓閥
(3)卸除空氣完畢(此方法只適用於新機台,因為舊機台料館內有塑料可能會因此損傷螺桿)
