控制器功能說明 - 射出監視之使用方法
射出監視可以檢查射出時是否有漏料或充填不足之現像，亦可由保壓終點粗略地判斷產品之好壞，
漏料由下限查出（射出開始即行監視）充填不足由上限定之（射出完成後進行核對）。
- 欲使用此功能時：
- 使用：
上限不足：比終點距離稍大之值，若實際終點距離比上限大則警報上限。
下限溢料：比終點距離稍小之值，若實際終點距離比下限小則警報下限。
有警報上限／下限，則產能不良品加１。 - 不開模：同使用，但機台會在關模前切至手動狀態待機(不進行開模動作)
- 不托模：同使用，但機台會在托模前切至手動狀態待機(不進行托模動作)
- 使用：
- 注意事項：
- 試模時不可使用此功能，射出監視應輸入”不使用”，待試模完成後
觀察保壓終點距離後，輸入正確之監視範圍再使用此功能。 - 過量與不足之距離值應是保壓完成後，終點距離稍小與稍大值。
例：如三段保壓之終點距離為 20.5 mｍ 欲保護範圍為 5 ｍｍ 則
下限溢料：20.5 ｍｍ－5 ｍｍ＝15.5 ｍｍ。
上限不足：20.5 ｍｍ＋5 ｍｍ＝25.5 ｍｍ。
超過下限：於射出開始即監視，若有此情形則停止射出，保壓動作，並警報下限溢料。 - 保壓終點１，２，３顯示最近三次保壓終點值提供參考。
