機械結構 - 車壁平行度量測簡易步驟

    1. 曲手打直做調模進，調整適當活動壁與固定壁間距，
        將微分表架於活動壁與固定壁之間。 (車壁上下左右靠邊緣對稱取四點作量測)
        例: 微分表先架於如下位置.旋轉底部磁鐵座使吸於車壁上。

    2. 將微分表歸零

    3. 在兩邊車壁面,黃色線路(微分表滑行路線)上抹潤滑油.
        以手拖行微分表底座,至車壁上方(位置2)定點.看微分表變動幅度.
        例:順時鐘走 10 格到 10= (-10 條)
        (微分表順時鐘方向轉為變小,逆時鐘為變大) 長針走 1 圈=100 條=1mm
        同理再拖行微分表至後方(位置3)定點,看微分表變動幅度.
        例:再逆時鐘走 20 格到 90= (+10 條)
        同理再拖行微分表至下方(位置4)定點,看微分表變動幅度.
        例:再逆時鐘走 5 格到 95= (+5 條)
        最後再拖行微分表至原出發位置(位置1)定點. 檢查微分表應維持在 0.
        假設: 原位置為車壁左邊位置1=歸零點= 0
        車壁上方位置2=(‐10 條)
        車壁右邊(照片後方側)位置3= (+10 條)
        車壁下方位置4=(+5 條)
        車壁左右差距=0+10=10 條 (後方較大)
        車壁上下差距=(‐10)+(+5)=15 條 (下方較大)
