機台檢查與保養 - 電氣部份保養
機器電氣零件通常容易因震動造成鬆動現象，若未加處理容易因電流過大燒損零件，影響動作穩定性。
保養項目方法：
a. 電熱片端子接線，定期檢查上緊。
b. 外部電線避免物品碰撞或磨擦。
c. 保持電氣箱內部乾燥。
d. 馬達、電熱用電磁接觸器，定期檢查其接點是否嚴重腐蝕。
e. 附屬插座迴路檢查時，請把客戶提供的電源切斷後再進行。
f. 電氣箱電路維修保養工作，請由接受射出機訓練人員進行檢查，檢查必須停止泵浦運轉。
g. 定期有效的檢查絕緣電阻的測定，掌握絕緣退化度的變化，達到預防保養的目的。
