機台檢查與保養 - 自封式濾清器(箱外過濾器)清潔步驟
注意：進行濾網清潔時，請務必關閉馬達，建議按下急停開關或者關閉機台電源以避免馬達誤啟動
- 用內六角板手將自封式濾油器端面蓋中心的M14內六角螺絲①逆時針方向旋轉，
此時螺栓向外退出到底 (平順的出力，不需太用力，否則會損壞內部頂桿)，
此時濾油器已被自封了，油箱內油已不能進入濾油器內腔了。 - 用M8(M6)內六角板手鬆下油箱自封性磁性吸油濾清器法蘭蓋螺絲 ②﹐
端蓋上的六顆小螺絲對角慢慢的鬆開，
此時密封面有少量液壓油流出(只是濾油器腔內的油)，油箱內油是不會流出來的。 - 全部鬆開六顆內六角螺栓，取下端蓋，取出濾蕊，更換(清洗)後，按拆的反步驟裝回。
注意：裝端蓋上六顆小螺絲時一定要將密封圈裝正，並對角鎖緊螺栓，防止漏油。 - 將端蓋中心的M14內六角螺栓順時針旋緊，直到旋不動為止，
此時油箱已與濾油器相通。 如圖4-3自封式濾清器(箱外過濾器)安裝組立圖 - 寸動啟動油泵，前10秒鐘須注意油箱油是否已入油泵，投入正常運行。
