管內：
1. 取下兩端護蓋，使用尼龍劑或清潔劑用水沖洗管內的污垢，或在油冷卻器裝配好的狀態下用0.6 ~ 0.8﹪鹽酸水溶液循環沖洗管內側。
2. 兩端護蓋取下用風槍將銅管內循環液清出乾淨。
3. 將兩端蓋及油封鎖回原狀態，並接上冷卻水。
