機台保固及警告標示說明 - 儲料警告說明

儲料警告標示：

  • 警告：
    1. 儲料前，料管溫度上升到設定值30分鐘後才可動作。
    2. 機台開模時，請勿座進，防止射嘴與模具碰觸。
  • 標示位置：砲管護罩鈑金左前上方。
  • 注意事項：
    1. 管溫度需要達設定值，塑料才能完全融化狀況下轉動螺桿，保護螺桿使用。
    2. 禁止開模時座進接觸撞擊模具，防止模具鬆動掉落危險。

 

儲料警告標示-2：

  • 警告：螺桿轉動請勿用棒子攪拌塑料。料管溫度上升到設定值30分鐘後方可操作螺桿轉動。
  • 標示位置：料管護罩鈑金前。
  • 注意事項：
    1. 拆下加料時，絕對禁止把手伸進料管入料口及用棒子攪拌。
    2. 如果需要把手伸進設備上要完全停止馬達後才能再進行清理。
    3. 料斗移走應防止異物侵入傷害螺桿。
