油品說明 - 射出機動作液壓油的保養與管理

動作液壓油的保養

  1. 防止液壓裝置出現故障，液壓油的純度非常重要。
  2. 必須補充清潔的液壓油
  3. 液壓油的更換時間由操作人員判斷決定，並要定期進行檢查。
  4. 本機器有濾油網及液壓油過濾器(選配)，請定期更換濾心清潔。

 

動作油之管理專案和管理標準

上表為動作油管理之基準，作為使用中動作油是否需要更換的判定值。

其中，汙染度-動作油中混入雜物過多，會使油壓裝置的性能和可靠性損害，因此"汙染管理"須特別注意。

油汙廢水處理方面，基於環境保護概念，應依各國訂定之環保規章處理。
