裝機以及零件安裝 - 水路配置說明及注意事項

  1. 本機的液壓油，模具和料管固定座，都需設有冷卻裝置，圖表所示，為正常之水溫及各種機種所需之總水量，及接頭尺寸。
  2. 油箱冷卻器之冷卻水水量大小要依油量的高低給大小水量，保持冷卻器低部入水，上部出水，油溫溫度穩定在35 ~ 50℃。
  3. 料管固定水路之冷卻水，水量依料管溫度需求調解大小。
  4. 模具之冷卻水，水量視模具及成品條件需要而定。
  5. 水管長度須選擇在機械動作時，給水裝置不受影響之尺寸。
  6. 水管管徑依所預留之接管座尺寸而定。
  7. 使用水質以軟水為佳，若逼不得已使用硬水請遵守硬水注意事項

使用硬水應注意事項

  1. 配管內會因使用硬水，而有水垢存在，故冷卻器（Cooler）內部，水管須定期清理乾淨。
  2. 換油時，亦須清理水管及冷卻器。
  3. 濾油網、水路開關閥，亦需經常檢查。
